Postage and Payments

All orders must be paid for in full by the customer before orders will start to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any order. When placing your order please be sure to state your full address, as the most common reason for a delayed order is an incomplete address. We need your full name, house number, road, town/city and full postcode. We also need your proper email address so that we are able to contact you if a problem arises with your order. We do not pass on any of your details to other parties. Any information you give us is used solely for the procesing of your order. If you are outside mainland europe of north america please enquire via email before ordering as we do not send to all countries. All card payments are handled securely by Worldpay at their secure site.(payment pages must be filled in in full and worldpay must accept and authorise any payment before we start to process it. By placing an order you accept that if you wish to you buy the item/s by paying with a with a card payment. If the customer does not buy by paying sucessfully the order will not be processed.  If you want to send a cheque or postal order please note we only accept UK cheques and postal orders, please email 1st to ensure we have the product before doing this.. You do not need to have an account to order from us, just select the guest checkout option.

Please note..If you choose Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery these mean that the package will need to be signed for when delivered. If No-one is in to sign for it, a card will be left stating where the item can be picked up, or you can choose for it to be re-delivered. If the package is not signed for , redelivered or collected from your local sorting office it will be returned to us. We will not re-send the package unless additional postage charges are made, and any refund to the customer will be less the postage and packing charges we have incurred sending the package to the customer..so if you want to choose recorded or special delivery please either make sure someone will be in to sign for it or collect it when royal mail let you know you have a package at the sorting office!!!       

Postage rates (which include a gift box for belly bars and most other body jewelelry except nose studs ) or orders under £10.00 are:

• UK First Class Mail £1.50
• UK First Class Recorded(signed for) between £2 and £3 depending on packet size.
• UK Special Delivery(signed for) £6.00 (We are not offering special delivery as an option at the moment )
• Worlwide Delivery (regular airmail to all non UK) £4.00

• For UK orders over £10.00:
• 1st Class Postage is FREE
• UK First Class Recorded Delivery (signed for) £1.00
• UK Special Delivery(signed for) £6.00 (We are not offering Special delivery as an option at the moment)
• Worldwide (including Europe) by Regular Airmail £4.00
• Worldwide (including Europe) by International Signed For £6.00 when available
• Sometimes we will send larger orders by signed for or special delivery/etc., when they are larger orders and we feel the need to do this for insurance purposes, when we do this we will notify you of the method used, (no extra cost to you.) 
• PLEASE NOTE: If you are outside North America, the UK, Western Europe or Australia/New Zealand please enquire before ordering, as we are unable to send to some countries.All card payments are handled for us by RBSWorldpay.com at their secure payment site, which you are re-directed to after you have completed your order and filled in your personal details. You will then get an automated email from us and upon payment a confirmation email from Worldpay with transaction number on it. We have NO access to any of your card details, as RBSWorldpay cover all aspects of this for us.
• Please note that we usually close for the weekend at around midday on Fridays and re-open on Monday mornings, so orders placed on Friday afternoons or Saturdays will not usually be sent until the Monday.
